"Researchers from the Allen Institute for Brain Science have published the Allen Mouse Brain Connectivity Atlas (http://connectivity.brain-map.org/), the first comprehensive, large-scale data set on how the brain of a mammal is wired, described in their paper in Nature."
The Allen Mouse Brain Connectivity Atlas contains more than 1.8 petabytes of data all of which is freely available with online filtering/research tools... if you want to play with it.
