The Restoring Active Memory (RAM) program will support animal studies to advance the state-of-the-art of quantitative models that account for the encoding and retrieval of complex memories and memory attributes, including their hierarchical associations with one another.

I'd love to see more of our extensive military budget be used towards things like this, that have other legitimate medical uses, instead of technology that is exclusively for war.
